Grand Villas as Luxury Apartments

Within a conservation area, our clients owned this pair of grand Victorian Gothic semi-detached villas.

Our brief was to create 8 luxury apartments for their property portfolio, which was achieved by a careful extension to the side of each building. Whilst not listed, the buildings are locally important architectural styles with a wealth of fine brickwork detailing and joinery. With the conservation area status, the extensions had to reflect the original style and appear as though they were part of the original pair of buildings.
